1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) between:
Commodity Samachar Securities Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”)

The Client/User (“you”, “your”).
By using our Website (www.commoditysamachar.com) or subscribing to any Research Analyst service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy.

2. Definitions
2.1 Company / RA
Refers to Commodity Samachar Securities Pvt. Ltd.
2.2 User / Client
Refers to an individual/entity availing SEBI-regulated research services.
2.3 Services
Refers strictly to SEBI-permitted Research Analyst services, including research reports, recommendations, newsletters, and insights.
2.4 Device
Any Internet-connected device used to access our website or services.
3. Regulatory Obligations (RA & Client)
Both the Company and the Client shall be bound by:

SEBI circulars, guidelines, and notifications
All fees shall be charged strictly in accordance with SEBI norms.
4. Fees & Payment Terms
4.1 Mode of Payment
Clients shall pay subscription fees through:

Net Banking
-
Valid UPI
-
IMPS / NEFT / RTGS
-
Debit Card
-
SEBI-approved payment gateways
-
eNACH mandates
Cash payments and third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Fee Structure
Fees shall be collected in advance, not exceeding the limit allowed by SEBI.
5. Refund Eligibility (SEBI-Compliant)
A pro-rata refund is permitted ONLY under the following circumstances:
5.1 Suspension of Registration
If the Research Analyst’s SEBI registration is suspended for more than 60 days, the Company shall refund pro-rata fees for the remaining subscription period.
5.2 Cancellation of Registration
If SEBI cancels the RA registration, the Company shall refund pro-rata fees from the date of cancellation to the end of the subscription term.
5.3 Voluntary Client Exit
A client may discontinue services at any time. A pro-rata refund shall be provided for the unutilized subscription period.
No penalty shall be charged for early exit other than statutory charges.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

Entire subscription tenure already utilized

One-time reports, newsletters, or research already delivered

Digital content already accessed or downloaded
-
Market loss, volatility, or personal misinterpretation of recommendations

Client misuse of services or violation of SEBI regulations
-
Breach of the Terms & Conditions by the Client

Requests beyond the scope of SEBI’s refund framework
7. Refund Process & Timelines
7.1 Refund Processing
Refunds shall be processed within 15 working days from the date of validation.
Refunds will be credited only to the original payment source.
7.2 No Cash or Third-Party Refunds

No cash refunds will be issued.

Refunds will not be made to any third-party account.
8. Termination of Services
The Company reserves the right to:

Suspend services upon violation of Terms

Terminate services in the event of SEBI-directed action
-
Discontinue research services for operational or regulatory reasons
Upon termination, refunds will be made only as per Section 5 of this Policy.
