CESC WINS 300 MW PROJECT
Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL), a subsidiary of CESC Limited, has issued a Letter of Award to Purvah Green Power Private Limited (Purvah), another subsidiary of CESC, for supplying 300 MW of Wind-Solar Hybrid Power, following Purvah’s response to NPCL’s Request for Selection under the Ministry of Power’s tariff-based competitive bidding guidelines.The power purchase agreement to be signed will remain in force for a period of 25 years from the scheduled commencement of supply date.

MAHINDRA Update on Investment in Mahindra Electric Automobile Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, The Company and British International Investment Plc. (“BII”) agreed that BII Group’s final investment in Mahindra Electric Automobile Limited (“MEAL”), will be ₹650 crore, reduced from ₹725 crore, to be completed by March 31, 2025. This brings BII Group’s total investment in MEAL to ₹1,850 crore, resulting in a 2.64%-4.58% shareholding on a fully diluted basis.
